Robert E. Clark, 89, formerly of Davis passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Medina Manor Nursing Center in Durand. He was born February 24, 1925 in Green County, WI, to Robert B. and Florence (Nolty) Clark. He married Mae Ramona Joseph on Oct. 21, 1946. Robert and Ramona farmed north of Davis while raising their family. After selling their farm in 1970 they moved to Davis, and during semi-retirement he painted houses.
He is survived by his wife Ramona. Also, daughter Roberta Corwin (Jack Holeton) of Davis. And her children, Scott (Jill) Webster of Freeport, Aaron (Cindy) Webster of Freeport and Casey (Drew) Rintelmann of Raleigh, NC. Daughter Ranee (Steven) Holmes of Edgerton, WI. And her children, Jennifer (Steve) Bear of Juda, WI. And Nicole (Gottlieb) Brandli of Monroe, WI. Daughter, Ruthalie (Ray) Bordner of Rock City. And her children Amanda (John Zuber) Bordner of Rockton and Jessica (Rainer) Wulf of South Beloit. And Richards' daughter Justine (Jason) Truman of Broussard, LA. There are sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also, one sister, Rosalie Leopold of Juda, WI. And one brother Forrest Clark of Davis. He is also lovingly remembered by longtime family friends, Kate and the late John Hartman and family.
He was preceded in death by one son, Richard E. Clark January 27, 2014, one brother John Clark of Davis and one sister, Hazel Wilson of Juda.
Cremation rites were accorded. Per Mr. Clark's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
