ALBANY - Richard E. Pichler, age 74, of Albany, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2014, at Valley Park Elderly Home, Albany. He was born on June 25, 1939 in Chicago, IL, the son of Ernest and Ellen (Lee) Pichler. Richard was a painter and an interior decorator for most of his life.
