NEW GLARUS - Officers from the Belleville and New Glarus police departments will be participating in the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's "Click it or Ticket" campaign, beginning May 18. Any seatbelt violations observed by officers during the Memorial Day holiday season will result in a ticket, said Steve Albaugh of the New Glarus Police Department and Roger Hillebrand of the Belleville Police Department.
