Monroe Police MONROE - Samuel A. Price, 34, Madison, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 17th Street, following a disturbance. He was released.- Trey R. Leopold, 17, Monroe; Anthony W. Holst, 17, Monroe; and Shawn A. Turner, 17, Monroe, were cited for disorderly conduct at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of 15th Avenue, following a disturbance.
