Monroe Police

MONROE - Samuel A. Price, 34, Madison, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 17th Street, following a disturbance. He was released.

- Trey R. Leopold, 17, Monroe; Anthony W. Holst, 17, Monroe; and Shawn A. Turner, 17, Monroe, were cited for disorderly conduct at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of 15th Avenue, following a disturbance. They were released.

- Michael L. Santoro, 18, Brodhead, and Jordan A. Lickes, 18, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 8th Street, following a disturbance. They were released.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Charlie J. Lester, 33, Fox Lake, was arrested on warrant issued by Marathon County for failure to pay a fine at about 4:21 a.m. Tuesday in Brodhead, after a report of a motor vehicle accident occurred in the Town of Decatur. The vehicle was located in Brodhead and it was determined the operator had swerved to miss a deer in the roadway but the vehicle was not damaged. Lester was the passenger in the vehicle. He was taken into custody and transported to the Green County Jail pending bond or being transported to Marathon County.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Danielle M. Kilcoyne, 19, Benton, was arrested on two warrants issued by Lafayette County for failure to pay a seatbelt violation citation and a driving while suspended citation at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday. Kilcoyne posted bond and was released.

- Aniceto Salazar Alarcon, 21, South Wayne, was cited for having no driver's license and failing to having insurance on a vehicle at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington, following a traffic stop.
