Darlington Police- Jennifer L. Pina, 33, Mineral Point, was arrested for a second offense of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and was also cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance at 11:35 a.m. Monday on Wisconsin 23, following a traffic stop. She was released.- Terri L. Stuckey, 33, Darlington, was cited for theft at 2 p.m. Sept. 14, following an investigation of money that was stolen from a vehicle parked on Washington Street. She was released.
