Monroe Police

MONROE - Tawanna S. Rhynes, 23, Monroe, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of 15th Avenue on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Rhynes was jailed pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Monday:

• Diane S. Helland, 60, Juda, was arrested at 7:44 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, fourth offense, after deputies responded to a traffic complaint in the N2200 block of Richland Road, Jefferson Township. Helland was also cited for failing to yield right-of-way from a stop sign. She was jailed pending court.

• Kevin M. Gaulrapp, 26, Monticello, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and strangulation after deputies responded to a domestic abuse incident on Ringhand Road, Town of Sylvester. Gaulrapp was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• A deputy took a report of theft at 7:45 a.m. of a road sign that was stolen from its location on Dry Bone Road, Seymour Township.

• A report was filed for identity theft at 8:20 a.m. in which personal information was used to obtain fraudulent credit cards. The victim reported from Cub Hollow Road, Gratiot Township.

• A deputy was dispatched at 7:35 p.m. to a civil dispute over child custody issues on Carr Factory Road, Benton Township.

• A deputy assisted Darlington police with a theft investigation at a location on Main Street, Darlington, at 7:57 p.m.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Darwin David Aviles-Ramirez, 25, Dodgeville, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Monday for driving while intoxicated, second offense, and driving while revoked on Main Street. Aviles-Ramirez was also cited for having an open intoxicant and no vehicle insurance. He was released pending court.
