DARLINGTON - Connie Langrehr, 35, Monroe, was cited for failure to notify the DMV of an address change following a traffic stop at about 3 a.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 78 in Blanchard township.
• A deputy investigated a suspicious odor in the City of Shullsburg. "There was nothing out of the ordinary," the police report stated.

MONROE - Jason L. Strothman, 33, Monroe, was arrested for a Jefferson County Sheriff's Department warrant at about 9:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of 8th Avenue. He was jailed.
