MONROE - On Saturday:
• Melissa J. Rebout, 29, Beloit, was cited for driving with a suspended license and warned for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 10:04 p.m. in the W2100 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Spring Grove.
• Margarito Serrano Vasquez, 38, Milwaukee, was cited for driving without a valid license and no vehicle insurance after deputies stopped her for a traffic infraction at 10:40 p.m. on Wis. 11 at Richland Road, Town of Jefferson.
