DARLINGTON - On Sunday, Sept. 16:

• Brandon D. Dallman, 20, Watertown, was cited on Wisconsin 23 at 11:28 p.m. for driving with a suspended license (fourth or more offense).

• Rachel S. Whalen, 27, Madison, was cited at 7:49 p.m. for driving with a revoked license on Wis. 81. She was also cited for not having her vehicle insured.

• Deborah Ann Tetzlaff, 53, Cottage Grove, was cited at 6:38 p.m. for driving with a suspended license on Ohio Street. Tetzlaff was also cited for not having her vehicle registered.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Sept. 18:

• Cody A. Young, 19, Argyle, was arrested in Monroe on charges of burglary, theft and bail jumping after deputies responded at 4:04 a.m. to a report of a home invasion on North Lafayette Street in Argyle. He is accused of stealing prescription pills and a small amount of cash.

• Theodore A. Bauer III, 34, South Wayne, was apprehended at 1:35 p.m. on a probation and parole violation on Fritzges Road in the Town of Wayne. He was jailed.

• Adam S. Maring, 30, Cuba City, was cited for passing in a no-passing zone at 6:57 a.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

• Gary E. Johnson, 48, Monroe, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 7:32 a.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

• Shawn S. Triem, 41, South Wayne, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 7:45 a.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

• Todd R. Johnson, 43, Browntown, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 8 a.m. on Wis. 23 in the Town of Gratiot.

• Samuel C. Kaiser, 45, Cuba City, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 7:49 p.m. on County XX in the Town of Belmont.

• A theft was reported at 9:39 a.m. on 2nd Avenue in Benton.

On Wednesday, Sept. 19:

• Derek M. Ball, 34, Blanchardville, was transported at 6 a.m. from the Dane County Jail to Lafayette County for a court appearance, and then transported back to Dane County following the hearing.

• James E. Edge, 26, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 12:56 p.m. on Wis. 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.

• Matthew J. Scott, 23, Monroe, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 8:04 p.m. on County J in Benton.

• A deputy responded at 11:30 a.m. to a complaint of a dog running at large on County G in the Town of Belmont. The dog had also caused damages at the location of the complaint.
