MONROE - On Tuesday, Sept. 15:

• Leouijildo Castillo, 25, Madison, was cited for speeding and driving with a revoked license at 12:42 p.m. at Wisconsin 69 and Spring Valley Road, Town of New Glarus.

• John L. Carothers Muszynski, 23, Argyle, was arrested on a second-offense, drug-related charge of operating while intoxicated after deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding at 5:30 p.m. in the N200 block of Wis. 69, Town of Clarno. He was also charged with obstructing an officer, possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia and on two warrants issued by Lafayette County and another warrant issued by the Department of Corrections. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license, false display of registration and driving without proof of vehicle insurance. He was jailed.

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Sept. 15:

• A stolen vehicle was reported at 7:21 a.m. on Penn Street in Belmont.

• An injured animal on the roadway was reported at 8:14 a.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.

• Timothy M. Wunnicke, 54, Dodgeville, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 12:52 p.m. on Mitchell Hollow Road, Town of Belmont.

• A deputy assisted the Belmont Police Department at 3:07 p.m. in a report of a suspicious person on South Mound Avenue.

• A deputy responded at 3:51 p.m. to County O, Town of Shullsburg, for an alarm.

• A deputy responded at 4:48 p.m. to Burke Road, Town of Darlington, for a traffic complaint. It was unfounded.

• A deputy responded at 8:43 p.m. to Lancaster Road, Town of Darlington, for a report of a suspicious person.

• A deputy assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle at 9:46 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.

• Two 20-year-old men were cited for speeding after a deputy observed two vehicles racing at 11:36 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. Anthony Y.P. Xiong, Sun Prairie, was cited for speeding 20-24 mph over the limit, and Timothy L. Thao, Platteville, was cited for speeding 35-39 mph over the limit.
