Monroe Police

MONROE - Taylor M. Yaun, 19, Monroe, was cited for retail theft at 2:12 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Wal-Mart, 300 6th Ave. W. She reportedly shoplifted clothing and video game accessories with a total value of $67.66.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Thursday, Sept. 10:

• Joshua J. Foley, 20, Browntown, was arrested on felony charges of possessing marijuana with intent to deliver (more than 200 grams), delivering marijuana, possessing a drug-trafficking vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing drug paraphernalia on 6th Street at 1st Avenue in Monroe after deputies stopped him at 12:46 p.m. for failing to wear a seatbelt. Foley was also cited for the seatbelt violation and for driving without a valid license. The Monroe Police Department K9 team assisted at the scene. Foley was jailed pending court.

• Richard R. Ward, 24, Monroe, was arrested at the Green County Justice Center at 2:26 p.m. on a warrant issued by the Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Office. He was jailed.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Thursday, Sept. 10:

• A deputy discovered a disabled vehicle at 5:16 a.m. on U.S. 126, Town of Elk Grove. Al's Towing removed it.

• Thomas J. Bellino, 26, Fox Lake, Ill., was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speeding after a deputy responded at 7:08 a.m. to a complaint of an erratic driver on Wisconsin 81, Town of Elk Grove.

• A deputy responded at 12:10 p.m. to First Avenue in Benton for a civil dispute.

• Anthony K. Buck, 33, Machesney Park, Ill., was cited for speeding at 12:47 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of New Diggings.

• Deputies responded at 7:50 p.m. to County Line Road, Town of Blanchard, for a welfare check.

• Livestock in the roadway was reported at 8:14 p.m. on Truman Road, Town of Kendall.

• A deputy responded at 11:56 p.m. to South Galena Street in South Wayne for a welfare check.
