Monroe PoliceMONROE - Brodie G. Flannery, 20, Darlington, was cited for retail theft at 5:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W.Green County SheriffMONROE - Eric M. Harlson, 21, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on charges of battery and disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 2:44 a.m. Monday, Sept. 10, to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the N2500 block of County KK in the Town of Monroe. Harlson stood mute the same day in Green County Circuit Court to two misdemeanor charges related to the incident. He signed a $750 signature bond with the conditions that he not drink or enter establishments that sell primarily alcohol.
