Baird, 31, Freeport, Ill., was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery at 5:46 p.m. Thursday, March 29, after police investigated a complaint that she had punched her boyfriend, a 27-year-old Monroe man, in a dispute earlier in the afternoon as they were exchanging their small child in the 1000 block of 17th Street.
