MONROE - Carla B. Kelley, 37, Monroe was arrested for disorderly conduct and a Wisconsin Department of Corrections hold following a disturbance at about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of 29th Street. Kelley was jailed.
• Brandon J. Disrud, 22, Monroe, was arrested due to a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department at about 5 p.m. in the 2800 block of 11th Avenue. Disrud was jailed.
