MONROE - Dalton Alan Larson, 18, Monroe, was arrested on charges of possessing synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 1:05 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, after deputies checked on an occupied vehicle parked in the N3300 block of County N in the Town of Monroe, near Pleasant View Park. Larson was jailed.
