Monroe Police MONROE - Randall S. Lincicum, 34, Juda, Thomas R. Schmid, 25, Monroe, and a15-year-old Monroe boy were cited for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of a disturbance at 7:16 p.m. in the 500 block of West 21st Street. Green County Sheriff MONROE - Jeremy L. Hartwig, 28, Belleville, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. Monday on charges of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering safety after deputies were called to a residence on Dayton Street, Town of Brooklyn, in reference to a domestic dispute that occurred earlier on Yarwood Road. Hartwig reportedly interfered with the driver of a vehicle, causing the driver to almost lose control.
