MONROE - Randall S. Lincicum, 34, Juda, Thomas R. Schmid, 25, Monroe, and a15-year-old Monroe boy were cited for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of a disturbance at 7:16 p.m. in the 500 block of West 21st Street.

MONROE - Jeremy L. Hartwig, 28, Belleville, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. Monday on charges of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering safety after deputies were called to a residence on Dayton Street, Town of Brooklyn, in reference to a domestic dispute that occurred earlier on Yarwood Road. Hartwig reportedly interfered with the driver of a vehicle, causing the driver to almost lose control. Hartwig was jailed pending court.

• A complaint of stolen property was made at 4:02 p.m. on County N, Town of Wayne.
• Michael Arneson, 19, Benton, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a domestic dispute at 5:14 p.m. on County W, Town of New Diggings. Arneson was jailed.
• Angela LaDow, 34, Gratiot, was cited for speeding on Wis. 23, Town of Gratiot.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 9:27 p.m. on County O, Town of Kendall.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 11:45 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.
