MONROE - On Wednesday, Oct. 3:
Citations are pending against two students for truancy violations reported at 9:27 a.m. at Monroe High School.
The theft of a girl's model bicycle from an unlocked, detached garage in the 2000 block of 8th Street was reported at 2:49 p.m. The resident told police the burglary occurred "shortly before Cheese Days."
Police are investigating a domestic abuse incident, reported at 5:30 p.m., that allegedly occurred two days earlier in an apartment in the 300 block of 2nd Street. The 25-year-old male victim sustained minor injuries.
A resident in the 1100 block of 11th Street complained at 6:01 p.m. that a neighbor's dogs came and attacked his dogs. The neighbor was warned about allowing dogs to run at large.
A gas drive-off of $36.10 was reported at 7:44 p.m. at Lucky 7, 710 21st St. The incident is under investigation.

MONROE - Steven R. Maurer, 59, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way while making a left turn after deputies responded to a two-truck crash at 2:42 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, at the Argyle interchange at Wisconsin 69 and Wisconsin 11. Maurer was making a left turn when he collided with a truck driven by Larry L. Segner, 65, Monroe. No injuries were reported. Maurer's truck was moderately damaged, and Segner's truck was severely damaged.
Darlington Police
DARLINGTON - Trevor Thuli, 20, Darlington, was cited for possessing drug paraphernalia and synthetic marijuana at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, after the Darlington Police K-9 Unit was alerted to his car during a traffic stop on Wisconsin 81.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Oct. 3:
Brian P. Christ, 48, Harvard, Ill., was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 7:21 a.m. on Wis. 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.
Michael K. Villano, 41, Macomb, Ill., was cited for a defective speedometer at 7:45 a.m. on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.
Robert B. Jafari, 42, Carlisle, Mass., was cited for speeding at 12:24 p.m. on Wis. 23 in the Town of Gratiot.
Chad M. Ernzen, 35, Durango, Iowa, was cited for driving without a license or proof of vehicle insurance at 3:40 p.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.
Restraining order violations were reported at 8 a.m. on County Shop Road in the Town of Darlington and at 7 p.m. on Furnace Hill Road in the Town of Willow Springs.
