MONROE - Orrin H. Mardsen, 18, Monroe, was arrested for physical abuse of a child and underage drinking at about midnight Wednesday in the 1500 block of 10th Street. He was jailed. Dana M. Casselman, 18, Monroe, was arrested for possession of marijuana and underage drinking. Alicia D. Parr, 19, Monroe; Jason D. Luebke, 18, Monroe; and a 15-year-old were arrested for underage drinking.
n Joshua R. Tree, 17, Juda, was arrested for Lafayette County warrants and underage drinking at about 6:15 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of 22nd Avenue. He was jailed.
