MONROE - Alisa E. Ableman, 30, Argyle, was arrested on charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and on six counts of bail jumping during a traffic stop at 11:09 a.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of 17th Street. Ableman was also cited for driving with a suspended license and charged with credit card theft and fraud, stemming from an incident reported to police Sept. 29. She was jailed. The police department's canine assisted in the traffic stop.

• A deputy responded at 11:03 a.m. to Stubb Lane, Town of Darlington, for a complaint of someone making threats to injure.
• A deputy responded at 2:11 p.m. to County J in Benton for a civil dispute.
• A deputy responded at 4:30 p.m. to check welfare on County J in Benton.
• Jason Obertin Anderson, 21, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 6:04 p.m. on Wisconsin 81, Town of Seymour.
• A deputy assisted the Washington County Police Department at 6:18 p.m. on County N, Town of Wiota.
• Pamela Gould, 62, Darlington, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 10:10 p.m. on County F, Town of Fayette.
• Jordan Rondineau, 25, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 11:06 p.m. on East Liberty Street in Belmont.
