Monroe Police MONROE - Alisa E. Ableman, 30, Argyle, was arrested on charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and on six counts of bail jumping during a traffic stop at 11:09 a.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of 17th Street. Ableman was also cited for driving with a suspended license and charged with credit card theft and fraud, stemming from an incident reported to police Sept. 29. She was jailed.
