MONROE - Patrick J. Allen, 21, Argyle, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday for disorderly conduct while armed and on a probation violation after police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West. Allen was jailed pending court. Paige A. Gillman, 19, was cited for disorderly conduct and released. Allen appeared in Green County Circuit Court Thursday and had bond set at $1,000 with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim or her residence in this case. Allen was formally charged with one count of disorderly conduct with the use of a dangerous weapon, a Class B misdemeanor.

MONROE - Jaron O. Cruz, 33, Fitchburg, was cited at 3:04 a.m. Wednesday for driving without a valid license on Hoesly Drive and Industrial Drive, Village of New Glarus. Cruz was released pending court.
