DARLINGTON - Wilson Galo-Umansor, 28, Albany, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 11:54 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, following a traffic stop on Louisa Street. Galo-Umansor was also cited for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance, having open intoxicants inside the vehicle and not wearing a seatbelt.
Riley Ray, 16, Darlington, was cited for a violation of his graduate driver's license restrictions at 8:25 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, following a traffic stop on Avon Road.
Benjamin Ritchie, 25, Darlington, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, following a traffic stop on Main Street.

MONROE - On Monday, Oct. 1:
Terry J. Brady, 42, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after police responded to a 911 call at 7:34 p.m. in the 2000 block of Edgeview Drive. Brady was jailed. During his initial appearance in Green County Circuit Court the following day, he pleaded not guilty to the Class B misdemeanor charge. His signature bond was set at $500 with the condition that he have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged female victim. His next court date is Nov. 6.
A citation is pending against a 15-year-old boy for third-offense truancy reported at Monroe High School at 2:23 p.m.
A resident in the 500 block of West 21st Street called police at 7:48 p.m. to report finding evidence of unlawful entry into her trailer home and a small amount of cash missing.
A land owner in the 900 block of 23rd Street was issued a warning letter to clean up garbage piled up on the property.

Eugene McCray Powell, Jr., 40, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at 1:35 a.m. on Main Street in Benton.
Riley N. Argall, 20, South Wayne, was cited for speeding at 10:08 a.m. on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington.
Bartlomiey Mizerski, 59, Warren, Ill., was cited for speeding at 12:48 p.m. on County P in the Town of Monticello.
