Darlington PoliceDARLINGTON - Wilson Galo-Umansor, 28, Albany, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 11:54 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, following a traffic stop on Louisa Street. Galo-Umansor was also cited for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance, having open intoxicants inside the vehicle and not wearing a seatbelt.• Riley Ray, 16, Darlington, was cited for a violation of his graduate driver's license restrictions at 8:25 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, following a traffic stop on Avon Road.• Benjamin Ritchie, 25, Darlington, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, following a traffic stop on Main Street.Monroe PoliceMONROE - On Monday, Oct. 1:• Terry J. Brady, 42, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after police responded to a 911 call at 7:34 p.m. in the 2000 block of Edgeview Drive. Brady was jailed.
