Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Michael Davis, 31, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he yelled profanities at police officers following a traffic stop at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on Frank Street. Police report he was stopped by officers after putting 36 feet of black marks on the street with his vehicle.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Coty D. Sweet, 20, Sun Prairie, was arrested for a Green County Sheriff's Department warrant at about 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of 9th Street. He was jailed.

• A wedding ring was found Wednesday in the 1900 block of 10th Avenue, Monroe. The owner can claim the ring at the police department.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Alberto Acevedo, 23, Monroe, was arrested for obstructing an officer, driving after revocation, driving left of center, failure to notify the DMV of an address change and having a cracked windshield following a traffic stop at about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday in the N2500 block of County T in Decatur township. He was jailed.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Ryan King, 24, Argyle, was arrested for battery at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday in Blanchardville. He was jailed for a probation violation.
