MONROE - Shawn M. Hopkins, 20, Rockford, Ill., was charged with driving a vehicle without the owner's consent following a report of a stolen vehicle at about 4:15 p.m. Thursday. The Cortland, Ill., police department located the vehicle and Hopkins.
• Tracy C. Devoe, 38, Orangeville, was cited for disorderly conduct at about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of 18th Avenue. He was released pending court.

MONROE - Dennis E. Carpenter, 17, Juda, was arrested for a Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) warrant at about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Green County Justice Center. He was jailed.
• Dwayne J. Hosp, 46, Evansville, was arrested for a Wis. DOC warrant at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Green County Sheriff's Department. He was jailed.
• Ambre L. Barnes, 22, Monroe, was cited for driving under the influence and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration at about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday on Smock Valley Road in Clarno township. Barnes was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Justin O. Hook, 25, Mineral Point, was arrested for driving after suspension, driving with an expired vehicle registration and driving without insurance at about 10 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 151 in Belmont township. He was jailed for a Wis. DOC probation hold.
• Frank J. Kopetko, 44, Benton, was arrested for several Lafayette County warrants at about 3:45 p.m. Thursday on County Q in New Diggings township. He was jailed.
