MONROE POLICE MONROE - On Monday: • Daria L. Beutel, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. in the 2200 block of Haven Lane for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after police investigated reports of a collapsed woman. Beutel was jailed. • Ethan J. Kramer, 20, New Glarus, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. in the 700 block of 21st Street for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping after police investigated a suspicious vehicle.
