Albany Police

ALBANY - Thomas S. Johnson, 26, Albany, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 25, on two warrants issued by Rock County and the City of Beloit and cited for driving with a revoked license.

• Stacy L. Stauffer, 41, Albany, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 30, on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and operating left of center.

• Miranda J. Granzow, 21, Albany, was cited Thursday, Sept. 27, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Brittany J. Collins, 23, Monroe, was arrested in the 900 block of 19th Street at 10:51 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, on charges of felony abuse to a child, resisting arrest and two counts of disorderly conduct. She was jailed. During a court appearance the following day, her signature bond was set at $750. Also arrested was Deanna K. Shultz, 42, Brodhead, on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released with a court date. During the same incident, a 17-year-old Brodhead male was cited for underage possession of alcohol, second offense.

• Jacourtney M. Ticey, 28, Brodhead, was arrested in the 600 block of East Exchange Street at 6:26 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, on a warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Service for a federal case charging cocaine distribution.

• Steven R. Lutzke, 46, Orfordville, was cited for speeding in the 500 block of 1st Street at 12:01 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24.

• Patricia M. Gandy, 60, Janesville, was cited for speeding in the 100 block of 1st Street at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25.

• Robert W. Davis, 42, Lodi, was cited for speeding in the 1000 block of East 9th Avenue at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26.

• Matthew C. Pina, 20, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a license at 7:36 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in the 2200 block of West 5th Avenue.

• Monico Gaudalupe Ramirez, 24, Brodhead, was cited for lane deviation and driving without a license at 10:41 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, in the 2300 block of East 9th Avenue.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Kyle Scot Peotter, 17, Freeport, Ill., was arrested on a charge of vehicle theft after police responded to a complaint of an abandoned vehicle on the bicycle path in the 2700 block of 2nd Avenue at 7:47 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27. A K-9 was called in to sniff out suspects and located Peotter and a 15-year-old boy nearby. Peotter faces felony charges in Green County Circuit Court of taking and driving a vehicle without the owner's consent and contributing to the delinquency of a child. On Monday, Oct. 1, his signature bond was set at $1,500 and his cash bond at $500.

• Barbara M. Nelson, 57, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after police responded at 7:18 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, to a two-vehicle collision in the 2000 block of 6th Street. Nelson hit an unoccupied, legally parked vehicle owned by Wendy L. Williams, 45, Monroe. No injuries were reported. The vehicles sustained moderate to severe damage. Nelson was released pending court.

• Alan B. Lee, 46, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property after a woman came to the police station to report a domestic abuse incident that occurred at about 10:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in the 1600 block of 9th Street. Lee posted bond and was released pending court.

• A 16-year-old girl was arrested on a charge of shoplifting cosmetics and gum from Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., at 3:14 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29. She was released to a parent pending court.

• Kyrene R. Trevino, 27, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping after police responded at 10:59 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, to a 911 call in the 100 block of Swiss Court. The call had been made in the course of an argument over a cellphone. Police located Trevino, smelled alcohol on her and found a stolen Kindle Fire in her possession, both violations of a bond on a previous charge. She was jailed.

• Cody R. Rackow, 23, Monroe, was cited for driving with a revoked license (third offense) and referred to the District Attorney for possible bail jumping charges after an officer observed Rackow driving his mother, Cyndy A. Miller, 51, Monroe, near the intersection of West 21st Street and 4th Avenue West at 5:43 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26. Miller was cited for permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

• Bryan S. Wehe, 22, Monroe, was cited for driving with a revoked license (second offense) and no vehicle insurance and referred to the District Attorney for possible bail jumping charges after an officer stopped Wehe at 5:45 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, near the intersection of West 21st Street and 4th Avenue West.

• Ian M. Wells, 17, Monroe, and a 15-year-old boy were cited for underage drinking and violating curfew near Abraham Lincoln Accelerated Learning Academy, 1900 15th Ave., at 4:13 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30.

• Kathleen B. Diehlmann, 74, Madison, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign following a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of 11th Street and 16th Avenue at about 2:45 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30. Diehlmann hit a vehicle driven by Don A. Neuenschwander, 77, Monroe. One person complained of injuries and was transported via Green County EMS for treatment. The vehicles sustained minor to moderate damage.

• Two bicycles were found and brought into the police station Tuesday, Sept. 25. One is yellow and was found in the 1000 block of 7th Avenue; the other is a mountain bike found in the 1700 block of 14th Street. To claim, call dispatch at (608) 329-2400.

• A small hole on a residential window, possibly caused by a thrown rock, was reported at 9:49 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, in the 1600 block of 16th Street.

• Police took an anonymous complaint of a disconnected hot tub and other junk in the front yard of a home in the 2200 block of West 2nd Avenue at 11:21 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25. The resident was warned to clean up the yard.

• A citation is pending against a 16-year-old boy for truancy reported at 1:14 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St.

• The theft of prescription medication out of an apartment in the 300 block of 2nd Street was reported at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25. It is still under investigation.

• In the interest of keeping the peace, police warned a man to stay away from the brother of a man who has a restraining order against him after investigating complaints of a restraining order violation in the 100 block of North 20th Avenue at 8:25 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25.

• A landlord called police at 8:23 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25., requesting that an officer handle a situation between tenants. An upstairs tenant in the 800 block of 22nd Avenue complained about a barking dog in the downstairs unit.

• A utility worker found a hypodermic needle and spoon tied together with a shoelace on the ground in the 500 block of West 21st Street at 11:33 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, and turned the items over to police to confiscate.

• Police took a complaint at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, that someone intentionally scratched a vehicle parked at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St. There are no suspects.

• A Parks Department employee reported at 8:13 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, that a group of people in the shelter at Twining Park, 400 14th Ave., were dumping hot charcoals on the concrete of the shelter floor. An officer advised the group to dump the charcoal in a nearby firepit instead.

• A downstairs neighbor in the 300 block of 4th Street complained at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, that the upstairs neighbors were making too much noise. When an officer stopped by to investigate, the upstairs neighbor said the downstairs neighbor used to be a friend and was just being vindictive.

• A window on a vehicle parked in the 800 block of 6th Street was reportedly broken sometime between 9 and 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27.

• Officers were sent at 10:44 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, to a report of possible domestic abuse at an apartment in the 300 block of 2nd Street. Officers found no evidence of abuse. A woman at the residence had accidentally discharged a shotgun. No one was injured. The case was referred to the District Attorney for possible charges.

• Damage to a mailbox, possibly caused by the mirror on a passing vehicle, was reported in the 500 block of 21st Street at 2:37 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28.

• Two preteen girls were warned to behave after a resident in the 800 block of 8th Street called police at 3:31 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, to complain that they threw a rock at a window on the trailer home.

• A 14-year-old boy was warned at 9:43 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, not to skateboard in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue.

• An employee at Stop-N-Go, 1607 9th St., reported the shoplifting of a beef stick at 4:16 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29. No one was cited.

• The theft of coins out of an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of 12th Avenue was reported at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29.

• Damage to a glass window was reported at a residence in the 1200 block of 9th Street at 1:31 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30.

• The theft of a license plate off a vehicle in the 1500 block of 11th Street was reported at 7:49 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Joseph A. Raven, 46, McHenry, Ill., was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense) after police observed him operating left of center in the 100 block of 6th Avenue at 11:39 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29.

• Jeannine V. Bruscato, 77, Apple Canyon, Ill., was cited for speeding in the 1100 block of Wisconsin 69 at 1:35 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27.

• Olga L. Heberer, 47, New Glarus, was cited for failing to stop for an adult crossing guard in the 1400 block of 2nd Street at 8 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28.

• Nathaniel A. Dale, 33, South Bend, Ind., was cited for opening a door to a moving motor vehicle while on a highway at 3:38 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, on 6th Avenue at 2nd Street.

• Correna L. Bovee, 21, Fond du Lac, was cited for speeding in the 1000 block of Wis. 69 at 8:58 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28.

• Laura L. Brunner, 34, Madison, was cited for speeding in the 1100 block of Wis. 69 at 7:24 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29.

• Lonye D. Howell, 20, Stoughton, was cited for driving with a suspended license after police stopped him for an equipment violation in the 1400 block of Wis. 69 at 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29.

• Clinton Loggins, 26, New Glarus, was cited for driving without a license (third offense) on 4th Avenue at 5th Street at •:31 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30.

• A residential burglary was reported within the village at 4:47 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Zeljko Z. Trnjanac, 26, West Allis, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after deputies stopped a vehicle for a moving violation in the N9300 block of Wisconsin 69 in the Town of Albany at 2:23 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30. He was also cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, driving with a suspended license (sixth offense) and operating left of center. He was later released to a responsible party pending court.

• Tiffany A. Clark, 23, Winslow, Ill., was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after deputies responded at 6:21 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, to a report of an unconscious female in a vehicle in the middle of the road on Crazy Horse Lane just south of County F in the Town of Decatur. She was later released to a responsible party pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - John J. Scanlan, 38, Benton, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse-related battery and disorderly conduct at 9:05 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, following an altercation on 1st Street in Benton. He was later released pending court. The incident remains under investigation.

• Zachary J. Zradicka, 21, Darlington, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance at 10:55 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, after deputies responded to a report of an erratic driver on County F in the Town of Darlington. Zradicka was also arrested on a warrant issued by the Platteville Police Department. He posted bond and was released.

• Garrett L. Roper, 25, Argyle, was cited for failure to maintain control and transported by Rural Medical Ambulance to Lafayette County Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries he sustained in a rollover crash on County G in the Town of Fayette at 7:08 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28. Roper was driving a truck and tanker eastbound when he lost control negotiating a curve, slid across the road and into the opposite ditch. The vehicle rolled onto its side. The tanker was loaded with waste water and drained into the cornfield where it overturned. The semi was extensively damaged and towed.

• Michael A. Becker, 19, Blanchardville, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance at 12:48 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Argyle.

• Matthew C. Goebel, 49, Browntown, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 3:45 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

• Rick T. Fink, 27, Darlington, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 9:21 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Darlington.

• A deputy investigated a report at 8:14 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, of vandalism to a vehicle parked in the parking lot of a business on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. The incident remains under investigation.

• A person was provided a ride to a nearby residence after a deputy investigated a complaint at 8:10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, that the person was walking near the roadway on Wis. 23 in the Town of Willow Springs and dressed in dark clothing.

• A deputy took a report at 8:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, of a disorderly conduct incident that occurred earlier in the evening on Buncombe Road in the Town of Benton. A female passenger was dropped off at the side of the road and later learned the driver had also thrown her wallet out somewhere further down the road. The wallet was eventually recovered.

• The theft of a camera out of a vehicle parked on East Prospect Street in South Wayne was reported at 8:40 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30.

• A deputy was dispatched to South Judgement Street in Shullsburg at 4:28 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, after a small child was found wandering the area. A parent was located prior to the deputy's arrival.
