MONROE - Gary A. Smith, 44, Monroe, was arrested for driving while under the influence and fleeing and cited for driving with a suspended license, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, open intoxicants and speeding at about 2:15 a.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 69 near Monroe Road. He was jailed on a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
n Darrel L. Kallembach, 51, Argyle, was arrested for outstanding warrants at about 1:15 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 81 in Jordan township. He was jailed.

DARLINGTON - Zachary Biddle, 20, Platteville, was cited for driving after suspension at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday on Mitchell Hollow Road in Belmont township.
