MONROE - Lonnie D. Severson, 41, Argyle, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage at about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday at a residence on County A in the Town of Adams, after deputies responded to a call of a domestic disturbance. Severson was jailed pending court.
