Monroe Police MONROE - Crystal A. Chalery, 28, Monroe, was arrested Monday at 12:29 a.m. in the 1600 block of 10th Street on a warrant issued by the Kenosha Police Department for failure to pay forfeiture. Chalery posted the required bond and was released. A burglary was reported at 8:58 a.m. at a business in the N1900 block of Jeffrey Road, Town of Clarno, on Tuesday.
