The dog was turned over to the Green County Humane Society. • Police are investigating a report taken at 3:08 p.m. of a debit card lost at Stop-N-Go that was then fraudulently used at a business elsewhere in Monroe.• An employee at Pick 'n' Save, 246 8th St., reported at 5:39 p.m. a customer saw a person drive into the parking lot and dump off four kittens.
