Monroe Police

MONROE - On Saturday:

• Reginald T. Cox, 37, Monroe, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. for domestic-abuse related disorderly conduct and battery in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. Cox was jailed pending court.

• Andrew L. Conley, 51, Monroe, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. for retail theft and bail jumping in the 400 block of West 8th Street. Conley was jailed pending court. Conley had a signature bond set at $1,000 with additional conditions that he have no contact with Shopko Stores. He was charged with retail theft under $500 and two counts of bail jumping. He has a pretrial conference set for Nov. 25.

On Sunday:

• Skyla S. Diaz, 19, Albany, was arrested at 6 p.m. for retail theft in the 400 block of West 8th Street. Diaz was released pending court.

• Humberto Olmos, 30, Monroe, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery in the 300 block of 4th Street. Olmos posted bond and was released.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Chase H. Neath, 19, Belleville, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Friday for driving under the influence, first offense, after deputies stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation at Sandy Hook Road and Zweiful Road, Brooklyn Township. A passenger, Jesse W. Riley, 20, New Glarus, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were released pending court.

• Deputies secured 19 Holstein cows on Saturday in the area of Wisconsin 39 at Klitzke road, New Glarus Township. The cattle have since been returned home.

On Sunday:

• Christian M. Melton, 22, rural Brodhead, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, first offense, after deputies stopped his vehicle for speeding on County T at Town Center Road, Town of Spring Grove. Melton was released to a responsible party pending court.

• Kristina M. Kuhlmeier, 32, Freeport, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. for DWI, first offense, after deputies stopped her vehicle for a traffic infraction on Wisconsin 104 north of Atkinson Road, Town of Albany. Kuhlmeier was also cited for prohibited alcohol concentration and failure to dim high beams. She was released to a responsible party pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• A deputy responded to a report of a gas drive-off at 4:35 p.m. on East Main Street, Village of Benton.

• Michael E. Brockway, 53, Darlington, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on a probation hold after deputies responded to a welfare check on Wisconsin 81, Lamont Township. Brockway was jailed pending court.

On Saturday:

• A deputy assisted Darlington police with an altercation on Main Street, Darlington, at 2:05 a.m.

• A deputy investigated a report of illegal dumping at 3:11 p.m. on Jackson Road, Shullsburg Township.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Sasha M. Lopez, 25, Darlington, was cited at 1:10 p.m. for driving without a valid driver's license following a traffic stop on Louisa Street. Lopez was released pending court.

• Juan D. Arizmendi-Solano, 21, Darlington, was cited at 1:25 p.m. for driving with a suspended driver's license and no insurance following a traffic stop on Washington Street. Arizmendi-Solano was released pending court.

• Steven "Kelly" Boyle, 63, Darlington, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Saturday on a probation hold issued by the Department of Corrections. It was reported Boyle was present in a downtown tavern, which is a violation of his bond. Boyle was also charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Boyle remains jailed pending court.



Albany Police

ALBANY - Rodney W. Seavert, 35, Albany, was arrested on Saturday on an Albany Police Department warrant. Seavert was jailed pending court.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Police responded to an active alarm at 7:54 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, in the 100 block of 5th Avenue. Everything was OK and the alarm was reset by the owner.

On Monday, Oct. 27:

• Officers took a report of theft and suspicious activity that occurred at New Glarus High School at 11:33 a.m. An investigation continues.

• Tony J. Popp, 50, New Glarus, was arrested for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after police and Green County deputies responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute in the 500 block of 14th Avenue. Popp was jailed pending court.

• Justin M. Mojica, 32, New Glarus, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property after police responded to a report of domestic abuse in the 100 block of 6th Avenue.

On Thursday:

• Police received a complaint in regards to a fox running around the village at 10 a.m. Police have been receiving calls about foxes in the village for several weeks.

• Police took a report of animal abuse in the 500 block of 14th Avenue. Following investigation it was determined the complaint was unfounded.

• Police checked the welfare of some children in the 300 block of Elmer Road at 1:39 p.m. Saturday.

• Police investigated a report of loud music coming from the 300 block of Elmer Road. The investigation continues.
