DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• An unsecured premises was reported at 2:08 a.m. on County Shop Road in Darlington Township.

• A theft complaint was reported at 4:23 a.m. on West Estey Street in Shullsburg.

• A theft complaint was reported at 11:41 a.m. on Wisconsin 78 in Argyle Township.

• A theft complaint was reported at 12:20 p.m. on Red School Road in Elk Grove Township.

• A deputy responded at 1:32 p.m. to Miner Way in Shullsburg for a welfare check.

• Ronda J. Toepfer, 38, Gratiot, was cited for driving while suspended and no registration at 5:59 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 6:57 p.m. on Miner Way in Shullsburg.

• Kennan J. Brown, 22, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for speeding and driving without a valid license at 10:35 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• Mary A. Gentry, 45, and John L. Staver, 45, both of Belmont were arrested for disorderly conduct at 10:41 p.m. on County X in Belmont Township. Both were taken to the Lafayette County Jail where Gentry posted bond and Staver remains in custody.
