DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Pablo Rivera-Andrade, 29, Darlington, was cited at 6:11 p.m. for speeding and driving with a revoked license on Main Street.
On Wednesday, Jack Sauer, 55, Darlington, was cited at 10 a.m. for disorderly conduct, stemming from an incident on Oct. 4, when Sauer reportedly made profane and ethnically charged comments during a meeting of the Lafayette County Land and Conservation Committee. In addition, the United States Department of Agriculture has banned Sauer from entering its Darlington premises.
