MONROE - Stephanie M. McKinstrey, 26, New Glarus, was arrested for disorderly conduct, following an investigation of a report of domestic dispute at about 9:15 p.m. Thursday at a private residence in New Glarus township. McKinstrey was jailed pending bond or court.
