MONROE - Orrin H. Marsden, 20, Monroe, was arrested Friday, May 4, in the 500 block of West 21st Street on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. He was jailed.

MONROE - Joe D. Ruegsegger, 18, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (two counts), criminal damage to property (two counts), bail jumping (two counts) and intimidating a victim at 2:09 p.m. Saturday, May 5, after deputies investigated an incident that occurred in a vehicle in the W8500 block of Wisconsin 11. Ruegsegger was jailed pending court.

- Joshua L. Lange, 36, Albany, was arrested at a business on Wisconsin 104 in the Town of Decatur at 1:38 a.m. Friday, May 4, on a warrant issued by the Village of Albany for failure to pay traffic fines. Lange posted bond and was released.

- Jacob Roland Covert, 21, Brodhead, was cited for driving while intoxicated (first offense), driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle at 12:18 a.m. Saturday, May 5, after he was stopped for operating left of center on Wis. 11 west of Brodhead-Airport Road in the Town of Decatur. Covert's passenger, Amy Marie Alwill, 18, Argyle, was cited for underage possession/consumption of alcohol.

- Joaquin Ochoa Rodriguez, 37, Beloit, was cited for driving without a valid license at 3:05 a.m. Saturday, May 5, on Wis. 11 at Keller Road in the Town of Clarno.
