MONROE POLICE

MONROE - Joshua S. Ritchie, 20, South Wayne, was arrested for bail jumping at about 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of 14th Avenue. He was jailed. Eric L. Runaas, 19, Monroe, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending court. A 16-year-old female was cited for underage possession of tobacco and released pending court.

• Dawn M. Veer, 36, Mornoe, was arrested for a probation violation at about 1 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of 18th Avenue. She was jailed.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - Bruce R. Jorgenson, 41, Monroe, was arrested at about 7:30 p.m. Friday at a residence on Wisconsin 81 in Monroe township for a warrant issued by Green County for causing a child to view sexual activity, exposing a child to harmful material and threaten injury via electronic device. He was jailed.

• Justin W. Wenger, 26, Monticello, was arrested for several Green County warrants following a traffic stop at about 1:30 p.m. Friday in the N5800 block of County J. Deputies report Wenger fled from the vehicle and later was located. He also was arrested for resisting an officer. He was jailed. The driver of the vehicle, Brian A. Schoenhard, 30, Monticello, was cited for obstructing police and released pending court.

• Elizabeth C. Freeman, 58, Monticello, was arrested for battery following a domestic dispute at about 9:45 p.m. Friday at a residence on County N in Washington township. She was released pending court.
