Monroe Police

MONROE - Ryan M. Kundert, 27, Monroe, was cited at 12:20 a.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of open intoxicants, driving without insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1400 block of 17th Street. Kundert was released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Deputies observed a car pulled over with its emergency lights activated and saw a subject stumbling on the side of the road. Deputies identified the subject as Kacy L. Dearing, 40, New Glarus, and arrested him at 10:06 p.m. Thursday for drinking, which violated his bond. Dearing was out on a signature bond for separate charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing with conditions that he not drink.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• A deputy responded to a report of livestock on the roadway at 4:51 a.m. on Wisconsin 81, Darlington Township.

• A deputy checked the welfare of an individual at 8:44 a.m. on County G, Belmont Township.

• A deputy unlocked a motorist's vehicle on Cottage Inn Road, Belmont Township, at 12:10 p.m.

• A deputy was dispatched at 1:27 p.m. to a report of a suspicious person at a location on Varnum Street, Village of South Wayne.

• A deputy checked the welfare of an individual at 6:50 p.m. on County W, Monticello Township.

• A deputy assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle on Wis. 23, Darlington Township, at 7:30 p.m.

• A deputy responded to a report of livestock on the roadway at 9 p.m. on Wis. 78, Argyle Township.

• A deputy took a report of a suspicious vehicle at 9:51 p.m. on County M, Wiota Township. The vehicle was not located.
