Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Felicitas Mancilla-Sanchez, 39, Darlington, was cited at 9:55 p.m. Thursday, April 26, for allowing her dog to run at large on Main Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Dustin M. Dean, 23, Monroe, was cited in the 1800 block of 12th Street at about 10:30 p.m. Monday, April 30, for stealing cash, cigarettes and candy earlier in the day from a vehicle parked in the Walmart parking lot. Police cited Dean after reviewing surveillance video footage.

- Alicia D. Parr, 20, Monroe, was cited in the 500 block of 17th Avenue at about 11:15 p.m. Monday, April 30, for underage alcohol consumption and playing loud music.

- A female panhandler snatched a $20 bill from a woman in the 1300 block of 15th Avenue and ran off, according to a complaint filed with police at 10:08 a.m. Monday, April 30.

- A woman in the 400 block of 27th Street reported at noon Monday, April 30, that a timeshare company called Innovative Resorts International had committed fraud against her and her bank.

- Two smash-and-grab vehicle thefts were reported in quick succession between 6 and 7 p.m. Monday, April 30, in the 900 block of 16th Avenue. In each case, a vehicle window was broken and a purse taken.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Kyle Bearden, 20, New Glarus, was arrested on domestic abuse-related charges of disorderly conduct and battery after police responded at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, to a 2nd Street residence for a 911 hang-up. Bearden was jailed.

- Shayla L. Manning-Brethold, 24, New Glarus, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and causing injury by negligent use of a dangerous weapon (knife) after police investigated a 911 call at 5:01 p.m. Sunday, April 29, from the area of 12th Avenue and 2nd Street. Manning-Brethold's alleged male victim sustained minor injuries in a domestic dispute. She was jailed.

- Julia B. Sullivan, 20, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 3:24 p.m. Monday, April 23, after police stopped her on Wisconsin 69 at 14th Avenue for a registration violation.

- Ty A. Hauden, 47, Mount Horeb, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 2nd Street and 12th Avenue at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday, April 25. Hauden reportedly hit a northbound Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Cindy S. Deckert, 52, Richland Center. No injuries were reported.

- James P. Juggan, 40, Blanchardville, was cited for inattentive driving at 3:25 p.m. Thursday, April 26, after police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the entrance of the AmPride gas station, 1401 Wis. 69. Juggan reportedly made an improper turn with a Jeep Cherokee and hit a Ford Expedition driven by Lisa Bell, 43, New Glarus. No injuries were reported.

- Randy J. Lee, 24, South Wayne, was cited for failure to fasten his seat belt at 7:12 p.m. Thursday, April 26, after police stopped him for several violations on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

- Antonella Lucia Julian, 20, Madison, was cited for driving an unregistered vehicle at 10:47 p.m. Thursday, April 26, after police stopped her for several violations on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.

- Tesla Ann Turner, 21, Monroe, was cited for driving without a valid license at 6:07 p.m. Friday, April 27, after police stopped her for several violations on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

- John C. Spaeth, 49, Freeport, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:34 a.m. Sunday, April 29, in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

- The hood of a 2000 Buick Park Avenue in the 400 block of 6th Avenue was scraped by a vandal, according to a complaint to police at 2:06 p.m. Thursday, April 26. The Police Department asks anyone with leads to call dispatch at 527-2145.

- A gas drive-off was reported at 11:03 a.m. Friday, April 27, from a gas station in the 1400 block of Wis. 69. The case is under investigation.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Shawn P. Hoey, 49, Shullsburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by Grant County, after deputies investigated a harassment complaint on East Church Street in Shullsburg at 12:38 p.m. Friday, April 27. Hoey was released after posting bond.
