MONROE POLICE

MONROE - Joshua W. Golackson, 26, Monroe, was arrested on a Monroe Police Department warrant at about 8:45 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed.

• Daniel R. Dunican, 49, Monroe, was cited for unsafe backing at about 4:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and 10th Street. Dunican struck a vehicle driven by Julia A. Swanson, 37, Monroe. Both vehicles received minor damage.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - Matthew D. Martin, 27, Argyle, was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about midnight Thursday on Wisconsin 11 near Wis. 81 in Monroe township, following a traffic stop and a K9 alerting by the Green County Sheriff's Department K9 Unit working a special enforcement detail with the Wisconsin State Patrol. Martin was jailed pending court.

• Lukas J. Sarakinis, 27, Beloit, was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Green County Courthouse on two outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Green County Circuit Court for failing to pay child support. Sarakinis was incarcerated in the Green County Jail.

• Karessa J. Patterson, 25, rural Brodhead was arrested at about noon Friday for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Beloit Police Department for operating after revocation. Patterson was turned over to the Rock County Sheriff's Department, were she was jailed.

• Terra Jo Alderman, 23, rural Brodhead, was arrested at about 11:15 p.m. Friday on four outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Green County Circuit Court for operating after revocation and bail jumping. Alderman was jailed pending court.

• Darline M. Preston-Grinnell, 40, rural Juda, was arrested at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for issuance of worthless checks. Preston posted bond and was released.
