Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Kyle R. Johnson, 23, Albany, was arrested for trespassing, bail jumping, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, damage to property, failure to obey lawful order, and a warrant issued by Albany Municipal Court at 4:09 a.m., May 8, in the 500 block of E 2nd Avenue. He was transported to Green Count Jail.

- David A. Scofield Jr., 22, Brodhead, was arrested on two counts of receiving stolen property, altering identity marks, and a probation violation at 7:30 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was transported to the Green County Jail.

- Brett E. Norman, Davis, Ill., was arrested for OWI, PAC, and speeding at 1:26 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released with a court date.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Joshua W. Golackson, 28, Monroe, was arrested for his third OWI offense, driving vehicle with revoked driver's license (third offense), possession of a narcotic, and possession of prescription medication without a prescription at 2:15 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and 21st Street. He was jailed.

- Martin L. Horton, 34, Monroe, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 3:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of 12th Street. He was charged with resisting arrest and jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - James J. Wait, 27, Brodhead, was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence, Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Speeding at 2:48 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 81 near Tenny Road in the Town of Spring Grove, following a stop for speeding and operating left of center.

- Kayla M. Grant, 19, New Glarus, was arrested for a first-offense OWI, prohibited alcohol concentration, and a county ordinance violation for possessing ID that showed that she attained the legal drinking age, at 3:11 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 59, following a a traffic stop. Grant was released pending court.

- Jacob Ray Yule, 22, Lake Wissota was arrested on a warrant issued by Eau Claire County for bail jumping and operating with a revoked license at 12:31 a.m. Sunday. Yule was incarcerated pending transport to Eau Claire County.

- Lonnie V. Kelley, 40, New Glarus, was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed, and substantial battery at 4:02 a.m. Sunday, following a domestic dispute in the Village of New Glarus.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Anthony M. Wiser, 20, Monroe, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. May 11 in the 10 block of 4th Avenue in the Village of New Glarus, following a domestic abuse incident earlier that day. Deputies report that Wiser had left prior to officials arriving on the scene. Wiser was taken into custody by Green County Sheriff's Department and charged with disorderly conduct, battery and reckless endangerment. Wiser was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.

- Aubrey E. McNett, 24, Monroe, was arrested for a first offense OWI at 1:33 a.m. Thursday, following a traffic stop, in which Mcnett was reportedly driving 53 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. Mcnett was also cited for speeding, and was released to a responsible party.

- Deputies reported an alleged sexual assault at 2:43 p.m. Thursday. Officials are investigating the incident that allegedly occurred on May 7 in the Village of New Glarus.

- Officers took a complaint of fraud from a woman at 2:20 p.m. Friday. A male subject from Mexico City, Mexico told the woman that her grandson was injured in Mexico City. The caller said that the grandson would be there for a week and she needed to send $3,500 through Western Union to Mexico City. After a family member heard of the incident, they intervened and the fraud was stopped before the money was completely transferred to Mexico City.

- Deputies assisted in administrating an Intoximeter test on Frank S. Kraak, 56, Monticello at 1:11 a.m. Sunday. Kraak was arrested by Monticello Police for an OWI, given the test, and released to a responsible party.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Christen R. Montgomery, 19, Shullsburg, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 2:29 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in the Town of Benton.

- Anthony S. Belville, 55, Elmhurst, Ill., was cited for speeding at 3:04 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

- Tracey L. Schmitz, 38, Warren, Ill., was cited for speeding at 3:18 p.m. Saturday on County W in the Town of Monticello.

- Morgan E. Kennison, 19, Monroe, was cited for passing on a hill at 3:36 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.

- Richard F. Dooley, 68, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 3:49 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

- Dillon K. Pontnack, 22, Lena, Ill., was cited for speeding at 4:04 p.m. Saturday in the County P in the Town of Shullsburg.

- Sandra M. Baumel, 63, Brooklyn, was cited for speeding at 4:22 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- Zachary D. Young, 24, Platteville, was cited for speeding and no vehicle insurance at 4:41 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Joshua A. Skellett, 29, Platteville, was cited for driving while suspended at 5:45 p.m. Saturday on Galena Street in Benton. The passenger and owner of the vehicle, Anthony D. Skellett, 50, Port Washington, was cited for expired vehicle registration and no motor vehicle insurance.

- Deputies report a juvenile being accidentally shot with a pellet gun at 5:34 p.m. Saturday, after he and another juvenile were playing with the gun at a residence on N. Van Buren Street in Benton. The victim did not need medical attention.

- Cody J. Goninen, 18, Blanchardville, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and a seatbelt violation at 12:57 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 78 in the Town of Blanchard.

- Kristi A. Anderson, 58, Monroe, was cited for retail theft at 8:42 p.m. Sunday, following a theft of gas from a business on Main Street in Blanchardville.
