Monroe Police

MONROE - William T. Siegenthaler, 32, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct, as a result of a domestic dispute, at about 10:30 a.m. Friday in the 2000 block of 15th Avenue. He posted bond and was released pending court.

• Hubert W. Hiff, 19, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct under the domestic abuse laws, following a disturbance at about 12:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of 12th Street. He posted bond and was released pending court.

• Tyler D. Johnson, 21, Monroe, was arrested at about 3:15 p.m. Friday in the 2200 block of 7th Street for bail jumping. Johnson was jailed pending court.

• Matthew T. Tousignant, 22, Monroe, was arrested for first-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, unreasonable and imprudent speeding, and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 1 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop in the 2000 block of 12th Street. He was released pending court.

• Jason L. Smith, 26, Freeport, was arrested for third offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, first offense operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, operating a motor vehicle without two head lamps, and possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of 26th Street. He was jailed.

• Tammy J. Schlit, 50, Monroe, was arrested for first offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and first offense operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration, following a traffic stop at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. She was released pending court.

• Jackie L. Rhode, 23, Freeport, was arrested for first offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, first offense operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration, and first offense operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, following a traffic stop at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of Wisconsin 69. Rhodes was transferred to the Green County Sheriff's Department.

DARLINGTON - Barry Cook, 39, Belmont, was arrested for domestic abuse and resisting arrest and obstructing an officer after deputies responded to a domestic dispute at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday on Highland Street in the Village of Belmont. Cook was jailed.

• Debra Edwards, 45, Shullsburg, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at about 4 p.m. Sunday on Water Street in the City of Shullsburg, following a report of a domestic disturbance. She was booked and released on bond.

• Kevin Wilson, 40, Cuba City, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, after deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at about 10:45 p.m. Sunday on Coulthard Lane in Elk Grove township. Wilson was booked and released on bond.

• Deputies issued citations for underage alcohol violations at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday on County Y in Wiota township.

• Devin Feryance, 20, Benton, was arrested on a valid Grant County warrant at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday, following a traffic stop. Feryance also was cited for underage alcohol. He posted bond on the warrant.

• Rebecca Wiegel, 17, Argyle was cited for underage alcohol violation at about 4 a.m. Sunday, following a traffic stop on Neesman Road in Gratiot township.

n Nick Flannery, 21, South Wayne, was cited for speeding and operating while suspended at about 7:45 p.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 11 in Wayne township.

• Jason Brown, no age given, Monroe, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle after revocation at about 11:15 p.m. Friday on County Y in Wiota township. He was booked and released.

• Jerry Spence, 26, Titusville, Fla., was cited for an ATV violation at about 12:45 p.m. Saturday on the Cheese County Trail.
