Monroe Police

MONROE - Kelsey J. Kolden, 19, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct at about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of 29th Street, as a result of a domestic dispute. Kolden posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.

• Jorge Francisco Garcia, 23, Monroe, was arrested for battery at about 9:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of 11th Street, as a result of a domestic disturbance. Garcia posted bond and was released pending court.

• Angela M. Roush, 36, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and bail jumping at about 2:44 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of 8th Street, as a result of a disturbance. Roush was jailed pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Justin T. Douglas, 18, Monroe, was arrested for domestic-related battery and disorderly conduct at about 5 p.m. Wednesday at an address on Thorp Road in Clarno township, following a report of a domestic disturbance. Douglas was jailed pending court.

• Collin C. Warren, 18, Belleville, was arrested for first-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance at about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday on County W at County CC in the Town of Exeter, following a traffic stop. Warren also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending Court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Alexa Beute, 17; Christopher Shambrook, 18; and another juvenile, all of Argyle, were cited for underage alcohol violations at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at a residence on Wisconsin 81 in Argyle township. Kurt Peterson, 21, Blanchardville, also was arrested for procuring.
