MONROE - Christopher E. Leopold, 45, Warren, Illinois, was arrested at 6:34 a.m. Tuesday on a Green County warrant for possession of marijuana in the 2900 block of 13th Street. Leopold was jailed.

• A tree in the roadway was reported at 7:49 p.m. on Apple Grove Church Road, Town of Argyle.
• Livestock in the roadway were reported at 8:39 p.m. on County P, Town of Gratiot.
