LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
DARLINGTON - On Monday:
• A deputy provided traffic control at 8:46 a.m. on North Lafayette Street in Argyle.
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 9:30 a.m. on North Main Street in Blanchardville.
• A theft was reported at 10:14 a.m. on State Street in Argyle.
• A felled tree was reported at 8:50 p.m. on Wisconsin 78, Town of Argyle.
• Storm damage was reported at 9:54 p.m. throughout the county, including a fallen telephone pole, several fallen trees and water drainage issues.
• Curtis L. Wickler, 31, Warren, Illinois, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on a valid warrant and was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. Wickler was released on bond.
