MONROE - Police referred three cases of truancy, involving a 13-year-old boy, 11-year-old girl and 15-year-old girl, to Green County Human Services at 11:20 a.m. Monday, March 4.
A landlord reported at 12:45 p.m. Monday, March 4, that tenants in a building in the 2300 block of 17th Avenue had vandalized the apartment. Police advised this is a civil matter.

A 56-year-old woman slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk in front of a residence in the 2100 block of 9th Street at 4:35 a.m. Tuesday, March 5. She was transported by EMS for her injuries. Police called in the street department to salt the sidewalk and warned the resident to take care of this in the future.
A passport and cash were reported lost in the area of Amcore Bank, 1625 10th St., at 9:37 a.m. Tuesday, March 5.
Unwanted texts from a family member were reported in the 900 block of 4th Street at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday, March 5.
A person in the 800 block of 11th Avenue lodged a complaint at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, about how city crews plowed a private road.
