MONROE - Paul W. Marti, 23, rural Albany, was arrested for domestic-related strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct, following a report of a domestic disturbance at about 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at a residence on Purintun Road in the Town of Albany. Marti was jailed pending court.
