MONROE - On Tuesday:
• Benjamin E. Tackett, 28, Monroe, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on a Monroe warrant for failing to appear in court in the N800 block of Twin Grove Road, Town of Jefferson.
• Elijah L. Martin, 18, Winslow, Illinois, and DeMarco D. Owens, 18, Joliet, Illinois, were arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Will County, Illinois, warrants at the Green County Justice Center.

DARLINGTON - Livestock on the roadway were reported at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday on Mount Pleasant Road, Town of Lamont.
