Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jesus Alvarez-Gonzalez, 43, Beloit, was cited for driving with no valid driver's license at 8:51 p.m. Sunday, March 25, after deputies stopped him for a traffic violation at Wisconsin 11 and County S near Juda.

- Meka Funches, 42, Madison, was cited for driving with no valid license, his second offense within three years, at 12:19 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, after a deputy stopped him for speeding in the N9000 block of Wisconsin 69 in the Town of New Glarus.

Belleville Police

BELLEVILLE - Josey L. Scoville, 16, Belleville, was cited for violating a Class D license restriction at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, after she was stopped for driving a vehicle with more passengers than allowed.

- A 16-year-old was cited for disorderly conduct at 4:11 p.m. Thursday, March 15, after officers responded to a complaint of a subject harassing a young child.

- Four people were cited for first-offense underage alcohol consumption at 11:40 p.m. Friday, March 16, after officers were dispatched to a report of several individuals on the roof of a closed business. Matthew A. Christen, Ryne M. Ferguson, and Colten J. Campbell-Pritzl, all 20 and of Belleville, and a 17-year-old from Brooklyn, were released pending court.

- Daniel G. Reeves, 34, Madison, was cited for driving with a suspended license (third offense) and driving without headlights at 1:19 a.m. Sunday, March 18.

- A 16-year-old was arrested on two counts of battery and transported to the Dane County Juvenile Detention Center at 7:57 p.m. Friday, March 23, after officers responded to a report of two brothers fighting.

- Reginald B. Kellum, 21, Madison, was jailed on a charge of disorderly conduct at 4:53 a.m. Sunday, March 25, after officers responded to a physical altercation between a man and woman. Anna M. Carlson, 22, Belleville, is also being referred to the district attorney on a disorderly conduct charge in reference to the incident.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Alan W. Fishnick, 49, Platteville, and Robert D. Chandler, 28, Dodgeville, were cited for disorderly conduct at 8:48 p.m. Saturday, March 24, after deputies responded to a residence on County XX in the Town of Belmont.

- Susan A. Redfearn, 41, Platteville, was cited for driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving with a revoked license at 4:34 a.m. Sunday, March 25, after deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Wis. 11 in the Town of New Diggings. Redfearn reportedly lost control of the vehicle and veered into a ditch. The Benton Fire Department, Benton First Response and Hazel Green EMS also responded to the scene. Redfearn was transported to the Southwest Health Center for non-life threatening injuries. The accident remains under investigation.

- Evan C. Branyik, 19, New Lenox, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:45 p.m. Sunday, March 25, on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Gratiot.

- Connor J. Moore, 18, Gratiot, was cited for speeding at 9:46 p.m. Sunday, March 25, on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Shullsburg.

- Michael L. Johnson, 24, Sun Prairie, was cited for speeding at 10:08 p.m. Sunday, March 25, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

- Brian A. Loeffelholz, 33, Shullsburg, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. Monday, March 26, on four valid warrants issued by Lafayette County. He remains jailed.

- Shane D. Fink, 19, Cuba City, was cited for speeding at 4 p.m. Monday, March 26, on South Galena Road in the Town of Benton.

- A deputy responded at 3:20 p.m. Monday, March 26, to a report of an unruly student at Blackhawk Middle School, 5630 Main St., in Gratiot.

- A piece of jewelry was reported stolen from a residence on Mound Avenue in Belmont at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday, March 27.

- Andrew A. Stocks, 27, Gratiot, was arrested and taken into custody at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, on several warrants issued by Lafayette County. Bond was posted on his behalf and he was released.

- Jeremy L. Hefty, 29, Benton, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, after his dog ran in front of a vehicle on Wisconsin 11 in Benton, causing an accident. Stacy R. Wand, 45, Shullsburg, was unable to avoid hitting the dog. Her vehicle was moderately damaged.

- A deputy took a report of a civil dispute between roommates over rent payments at a residence on Sidney Street in Shullsburg at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 27.

- Holly E. Punzel, 48, Janesville, was cited for speeding on Wis.11 in the Town of Gratiot at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday, March 27.

Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Hali Storm Smith, 20, Darlington, was cited on Galena Street at about 9:30 p.m. Friday, March 23, for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance.

- Justin Husemann, 20, Dodgeville, was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to a dwelling, disorderly conduct and underage alcohol consumption after an officer responded at 6:43 a.m. Saturday, March 24, to a report of a burglary in progress at a residence on Wells Street. Husemann reportedly broke through a door on the east side of the home, walked through the property and was eventually subdued in the garage by the homeowner. He was booked into jail and later released pending court. The Lafayette County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.

- Police are seeking two suspects in the theft of a street sign after an officer responded to a report of property damage in progress at an unspecified location at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, March 25. It was reported two men stole a street sign and were in the process of trying to knock down a speed-limit sign, too. The suspects fled by the time police arrived. They are described as white males; one as 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 6 inches, wearing a red T-shirt, blue jeans and a dark baseball cap, and the other as 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches, wearing a dark T-shirt and blue jeans.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Police were called at 9:59 a.m. Monday, March 26, to Parkside Elementary School, 920 4th St., for a report of a 9-year-old boy who was out of control and attempting to flip over chairs and tables. He was calmed and released to his mother. Police referred the case to Green County Human Services.

- A 15-year-old girl was cited at Monroe Alternative Charter School, 1220 16th Ave., at 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 26, for her second offense of truancy.

- Police took a report at 5:50 p.m. Monday, March 26, that a vehicle had been egged in the 1700 block of 16th Streets. Eggings have been an ongoing problem this week.

- A purse was reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle parked in the 800 block of 31st Avenue at 7:47 p.m. Monday, March 26.

- Sabrina S. Fordyce, 49, Monroe, was arrested in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue at 11:37 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration. She was released pending court.

- Mitchell E. Boeck, 19, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery at a residence in the 1100 block of 20th Avenue at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, after he reportedly returned home drunk, got into an argument with family members and hit his 62-year-old grandfather. The man sustained minor injuries and did not require medical attention. As a result of the incident, Boeck faces misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia in Green County Circuit Court. He was also cited for underage drinking. He next court date is May 1.

- A 30-day notice was sent Tuesday, March 27, to a property owner in the 1200 block of 21st Street, ordering the cleanup of junk and improperly registered vehicles from the yard.

- Two small propane tanks were reported stolen off a camper trailer parked in a backyard in the 2000 block of 15th Avenue at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday, March 27.
