Nipple, 19, Monroe, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 1:22 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, in the 600 block of 14th Street.Monroe PoliceMONROE - Christopher S. Meritt, 21, Monroe, was arrested in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West at 12:45 a.m. Saturday, March 24, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed.Green County SheriffMONROE - Carlos A. Matamoros Guardado, 20, Beloit, was arrested on Wisconsin 11 east of 18th Avenue at 6:38 p.m. Friday, March 23, on three warrants issued by the Beloit Police Department. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license (second offense).
