Axelson, 25, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance, third-offense driving after revocation and speeding following a traffic stop at about 7 p.m. March 16 in the 600 block of First Street. A passenger in the vehicle, Dwayne J. Hosp, 45, Belleville, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. They were jailed.• Bradley T. Boozier, 50, Brodhead, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery at about 12:15 a.m. March 17 in the 300 block of 14th Street.
