Albany Police

ALBANY - Daniel A. Lange, 25, Albany, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving and driving with an expired registration Saturday.

• Donald R. Walker, 50, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, driving left of center and open intoxicants in a vehicle Thursday.

• Ryan D. Costa, 22, Albany, was arrested for driving after suspension and driving with false plates Friday.

• Kelly L. Ott, 28, Albany, was cited for permitting underage drinking Friday.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Garrett J. Fisher, 18, Brodhead, was arrested for underage person transporting alcohol, non-registration of a vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 10:45 p.m. Feb. 22 in the 1800 block of 1st Center Avenue. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael W. Wilson, 18, Brodhead, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Brodhead Municipal Court warrant. He was jailed.

• Jennifer L. Winkofsky, 24, Milton, was arrested for drunken driving at about 3 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of 1st Center Avenue. She was released pending court.

• Justin L. Condon, 32, Brodhead, was cited for disorderly conduct Feb. 22 for an incident that took place May 5. He was released pending court.

• A 17-year-old Beloit male was cited for a curfew violation at about 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street. He was released pending court.

• A 13-year-old Brodhead female was cited for a curfew violation at about 9 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of 21st Street. She was released pending court.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Scott M. Menehan, 43, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana following a domestic dispute at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of 10th Street. He was jailed.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Teddy M. Teutschmann, 21, Middleton, was arrested for hit-and-run to an unattended vehicle at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday on 14th Avenue near 2nd Street. Police report his vehicle hit a parked vehicle owned by Kristine Madsen, New Glarus. Teutschmann sustained injuries but declined medical attention. He was released pending court. The vehicles received moderate damage.

• Isaac Z. Tomlins, 22, Albany, was cited for driving without a license at about 6:30 p.m. Feb. 22 on Wisconsin 69 near 11th Avenue.

• Joseph T. Hanes, 28, Madison, was cited for driving with expired license plates at about 7:30 p.m. Feb. 22 on Wis. 69 near 11th Avenue.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jason C. Brewer, 34, Brooklyn, was arrested for drunken driving and endangering public safety by use of a dangerous weapon at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 92 at Legler Road. It was reported that Brewer was hunting with a rifle while intoxicated. He was jailed.

• Sharlene L. Perrii, 34, Belleville, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and violating her bond following a report of a domestic disturbance at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday at a residence on Nye Road in Exeter township. She was jailed.

• Roy A. Sauer, 59, Madison, was cited for driving after revocation and speeding at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 69 at Pierce Road in Mount Pleasant township. He was released pending court.

• Shawn A. West, 24, Racine, was cited for driving after revocation at about 7:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11/81 east of County OK in Spring Grove township. West was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Erica Harris, 23, Mineral Point, was arrested for Lafayette County warrants at about 2 p.m. Sunday. She was jailed.

• Amanda Place, 24, Shullsburg, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Benton. Charles Place, 27, Shullsburg, was arrested for two Grant County warrants. He posted bond and was released.

• Lyndsey LeGrand, 18, Galena, Ill., was cited for an underage alcohol violation at about 2:45 a.m. Saturday on Buncombe Road in Benton township.
